Business Description

BusinessKids is the leading children entrepreneurship development program in which children aged 4-19 awaken their entrepreneurial spirit through playful activities appropriate to their age. The program teach children to start businesses within their reach so that when they grow up and can be entrepreneurs, they believe in themselves and their ability to achieve everything they set their minds to. BusinessKids operate in more than 25 countries partnering with over 500 educational institutions throughout the USA, Europe, and Africa with more than 60000 students enrolled. 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops and activities that promote entrepreneurship and business skills development for children through PLAY.

• Create a safe and inclusive environment where children can learn and have fun

• Provide guidance and support to children to develop their business ideas and projects.

• Engage with participants and guide group discussions, helping them understand basic business concepts, marketing strategies, teamwork, and problem-solving techniques.

• Create a positive and inspiring learning environment that encourages creative thinking and confidence-building among participants.

• Collaborate with the program consultant to implement lesson plans.

• Provide feedback and evaluation reports on the progress and growth of each participant.

• Assist in organising and promoting events, workshops, and activities to raise awareness about the program.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English. French is a plus.

• Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting.

• Graduates or Interns in Psychology, Business or Pedagogy related careers (Interactive teaching/ coaching/ mentoring) are welcome to apply.

• Passionate about working with kids and the ability to engage and motivate them.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
